Since I have been so conscious with my aging lately, I have been on a dead hunt for all-natural products to slow down my aging process. I’m in my late twenties and soon enough my age is omitted from the calendar–and yes, this is a big deal for me. Looking old and shrivelled is every girl’s nightmare. Quoting from Queen Ravena of the movie Snow White and the Huntsman: “When a woman stays young and beautiful, the world is hers.” Though she is not one of the best examples to look up to, yes, I believe her.
Luckily, I recently met Cristina, the owner of a humble, proudly-Filipino made, all-natural product, Ysabel’s Daughter. She told me how her products started from a backyard-hobby thing into a high-grade, all-natural beauty product brand.
Cristina, or Coty as her friends call her, holds Ysabel’s Daughter very close to her heart. She has developed this from scratch–immersing herself through endless research to improve her products. With her passionate quest to provide Filipinas a high-quality and no-guilt range of pampering products, Coty is now ready to launch a revamped line of Ysabel’s Daughter products soon–and I’m just glad I get to try some of her products. Yay! 🙂
The moment I lathered it up against my skin, my bathroom smelled so heavenly–like it has instantly been transformed into a spa. True enough, Ysabel’s Daughter Moringa Body Wash in Peppermint is simply divine! The scent lingers on your skin even after the wash.
Moringa (or malunggay leaves as they commonly know it) has been known for its purifying properties against skin pollution and stress. The body wash is formulated with honey which offers astringent and antiseptic properties while peppermint oil to soothe and condition skin. It contains coconut derived surfactants to prevent skin dryness and irritation.
Ysabel’s Daughter produces 100% all natural bath and body products using the finest natural raw materials from around the globe, including honey from our very own backyard bee colony. Honey is a significant raw material that is once again being recognized for its health benefits, particularly with skin care. It is our aim to locally produce high quality and content all-natural alternatives to what is commercially available in the market today.
I will be posting reviews of their products one by one. So far I am enjoying all of them 😀 Oh, did I say their products are available in Zalora?
