MYTH BUSTER: ‘Get x times more vitamin C when you put 1 drop of oil in your water and drink it in the morning to build your immunity at this time blablabla… ‘
I recently saw this essential oil video done by another local YouTuber claiming such and I was like
Clearly, #1 she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, and #2 perhaps this information was just fed to her by her upline/enroller. To everyone here, please inform the oilers in your inner circle, your friends, your in-laws, your officemates that this is NOT TRUE.
If you need lemon water, slice a lemon FRUIT and dunk it in your water. It’s amazing if you drink this first thing in the morning and your body will thank you for it.
If you need vitamin C, go slice some oranges and eat it or grab some calamansi and turn it into juice. Your body will thank you for it.
Don’t put a drop of whatever essential oil (I am speaking for ALL BRANDS) in your water. Don’t put a drop of peppermint in your coffee as coffee is still a water-soluble solution. I will reiterate it time and again, oils and water don’t mix that’s why you can see your EO droplet floating on the surface of your glass of water. And when this droplet comes in contact with your skin, with your internal organs, you are causing yourself some serious EO injury. Sometimes you wouldn’t even feel the damage until much much later on when it’s too late… And when is that? When you have that PERMANENT ESOPHAGEAL DAMAGE.
