A couple of months back, I posted a sneak peek entry about Virginia Olsen’s Pure Organic lipsticks. Having a frequently chronic chapped lips makes it hard for me to find a lipstick brand that I can really enjoy. In fact, my lipstick brands are very much limited. So when Virginia Olsen, a trusted brand of all-natural makeup from USA, came out with their line of organic lip products, I was really over the moon.

I’m so happy to announce that for this year’s holidays, you can choose from 10 adorable shades of organic lipsticks namely: Naked Diva (matte), Bite My Lips (matte), Crimson Geek (matte), Dark Cherry (matte), Kiss The Girl (matte), Barely There (matte), Divaluscious (matte), Sweet Seduction (matte), Pinky Posh (frosted), and Classy Coral (frosted).

I have been roadtesting their pure organic lip products since the tester set’s arrival. My personal favorites are Kiss The Girl, Dark Cherry, and Bite My Lips (all pictured above).

The formulation of Virginia Olsen Pure Organic Lip Creme is great. You don’t even have to prime your lips with a separate lip moisturizer/balm. And when I say ‘great’ it means it’s truly moisturizing and long-wearing. And when I say long-wearing, it’s REALLY long-wearing: it starts out as satin upon application then dries out matte.

What’s awesome about Virginia Olsen is that they also came out with an organic lipgloss line for teens and tweens alike.
