Last Wednesday was a good day to celebrate my beau’s birthday. We had a nice intimate dinner at Fresh in Solaire Resort.
I have always enjoyed dining at a hotel buffet. Don’t be deceived by my frame, this body can pack 5 plates of food in a buffet. My mom and I share this same passion for eating.
Without further ado, I would like to take you around the buffet offerings of Fresh:

The dinner buffet opens at 5:30pm until 11pm. Luckily we were one of the first people who came for dinner. They say their lobsters go out fast.
