Nivea Angel Star Soft Souffle

I noticed I was starting to have dark elbows from using my laptop on the bed. After some googling on how to remedy my budding problem, I found some home how-to’s: get some body lotion to hydrate the elbows and put on an arm band over it to lock in the product overnight.

I started to look for a nice, non-greasy product that I can apply on my joints nightly without the icky feel. I was rooting for a Body Shop body butter but my favorite scent was nowhere to be found. Luckily, when I passed by the department store, I saw this new product from Nivea, which is a skin souffle (a variation of body butter, I assumed).

I took off the lid and tried to check out the scent–not bad. Plus, it’s not expensive at all… so I didn’t take time to think and decided that I should give it a try. ๐Ÿ™‚

The raspberry scent is really nice and light. I don’t like the texture though–it’s kind of fluffy… not the usual creamy lotion type. BUT it does the needed moisturizing job for my elbows, so why not? :p

After a week of applying nightly, I noticed my elbows has gotten better. No more dry, frictioned, and darkened joints. Just smooth, hydrated skin. ๐Ÿ™‚
