With most of us leading busy lives, don’t you just wish we can hurry to the weekend and jet off to unwind in the verdant gardens of Provence? Lucky you, you don’t have to go that far–meet the country’s best kept secret: French Tips Nail Parlour.
I visited their newly opened branch in SM Aura to have my nails done as I will be going for another beach vacay this week. I started my appointment with a relaxing foot soak as I choose my colors for the day.
I love that French Tips Nail Parlour has a good range of international brands available: Honeybee Gardens, Beautylish, Piggy Paint, Suncoat Products, Acquarella, Pritinyc, Sparitual, Zoya, Misa, OPI, Orly, Nubar, Faby and Color Club.
The interiors are impeccably designed (I heard from the grapevine they hired Heim Interiors, which is, by the way, THE BEST interior design company in the Phils.!) to reflect the quiet luxury of France. Each element inside French Tips Nail Parlour lets you bask in the elegance that the country is known for—from the high back armchairs that invite you sink yourself in to the intricate details that pepper the salon interiors like the faux grass and white reindeer heads that adore its walls.
The team, all expertly trained to provide the best possible eco-friendly service, are attentive and accommodating. So be prepared to catch a few hours of sweet urban escape and enjoy this rare, but much deserved opportunity, to indulge in a salon that never uses animal-derived ingredients in any of their products.
In fact, I decided to go for Piggy Paint, a nail color brand that’s water-based, non-toxic, and vegan! Meaning it’s pregnant and child friendly–how cool is that??
French Tips has 5 branches nationwide: SM Megamall, Nuvali Solenad, Ayala Terraces, SM Mall of Asia and recently opened branch in SM Aura.
