Diving into iOS: iPhone 4s

I can’t believe I have another new toy for this year. Something to keep me busy over the holidays. So, after 2 years of being a loyal Crackberry, my phone has now been Black-buried. Just yesterday, I was able to claim my loyalty phone from Globe–the new iPhone 4s

I had the reservations done last 19th of December and was able to get a callback two days after. Since they ran out of 64GB, I took home a 32GB instead.

It took me two stressful hours to line up at the business center and wait for my queued number to be called to finally have the unit in my hands (-1 to Globe). ๐Ÿ™

To add to that, I had a hard time figuring out how to transfer my contacts from Blackberry to iPhone though–since the service center wasn’t able to transfer my contacts from normal sim to microsim (another -1 to Globe).

Anyway, so I was able to download lots of apps to get me excited. And yes, being the OC that I am, I took time to buy the screen protector and cases for my new phone before I even tinker with it.

I was able to get a lot of useful apps and games. I was amazed with the crispness of the screen. Very responsive, as you may all know. Typing for me needs a little getting used to, though. The loading speed is a far cry from my old Blackberry. iPhone loads the videos and webpages in an instant (I used to get sooooo humiliated with my old BB in terms of its loading capabilities). ๐Ÿ™‚

Reward yourself this Christmas, get your iPhone now at Globe and if you use your BPI Credit Card, you get to have it paid in installment for 24mos. ๐Ÿ˜‰
