Bar-B-Skew: Eat-All-You-Can Skewers Buffet

Check out Bar-B-Skew if you want a dose of your favorite isaw served in a nicer, more comfortable setting. Situated along Timog/Tomas Morato circle, I’m sure you can never miss this new hangout spot.

Bar-B-Skew features an imported automatic grilling machine per table so you get to have a serving of freshly cooked barbeque or even roasted marshmallows.

Bar-B-Skew, the brainchild of 26 year old Wero Doma, is the first skewer buffet in Manila. Inspired by a restaurant concept in Thailand, Wero brings a cleaner way to enjoy your favorite streetfood isaw, gizzard, and more.

The experience starts with the buffet counter. Bar-B-Skew currently offers 12 varieties of skewers for you to enjoy. My favorite would be their chicken isaw, pork bbq, chicken bbq and veggie skewers.

They also have marshmallow and veggie skewers added in the bunch.

While cooking, you can add more flavor to your skewers by bushing on some special sauces made available by Bar-B-Skew. You can pick from Soy Sesame, Garlic Butter, Sweet & Spicy, Pinoy Sweet, Hot Pepper, and Sweet Chili.

By availing of the buffet, you do not only enjoy unlimited skewers but also get a taste of these pinoy dishes offered on the table.

Skewer buffet price would start at Php299.00. They have skewer packs good for 2 for only Php259.00. If you are still intimidated with the idea, you can check out Bar-B-Skew’s sulit meals for only Php99.00
